Step 1 - Obtaining a farm
- Finding a property that suits your needs whether the final vision is a game farm, hunting farm, lodge, family retreat or a syndicate for more than one family or hunting groups.
- Assisting with finance applications
- International transactions and regulations
- Registering of a holding company for the property and setting up of all statutory and/or financial requirements necessary to comply with legislation and you personal needs
Step 2 - Personalizing your property
- Developing and layout - building dams, roads etc.
- Building new or changing current structures/lodges
- Syndicates/more than one owner - developing and building lodges or houses as required or applying for rezoning of land where necessary
- Erecting fences
- Bore holes & Water supply development and maintenance
- Building landing strips
Step 3 - Wildlife management
- Determining the carrying capacity of the farm
- Establishing the types and maximum number of each animal group able to roam the property and what is currently on the farm
- Buying, selling or culling of animals to get to required numbers
- Continuous monitoring of herds to prevent in breading thus adding new blood lines
- Exotic wild live farming - buffalos, sable, roan etc. Obtaining expert advice and opinions and setting up camps and breeding projects accordingly.
- Hunting - determining the number of animal to be hunted each year.
Step 4 - Farm Managment
- Managment on a monthly basis of the complete farm/lodge
- Setting up a business/marketing plan where necessary
- International hunting - Coordination, planning and manage where necessary
- Running the farm/lodge as a business where necessary
- Maintenance - on vehicle, fences, roads, buildings, water lines etc
- Supply and manage general staff , farm managers and/or permanent professional hunters - thus the owner doesn't have any staff related matters, problems or queries
- Establishing service level agreements (SLA's) with the farm owner as to what should and should not be done and how it should be done.
