    For the golf enthusiast, Southern Africa is a wonderful destination and is well known for its quality and affordable golf. The area boasts an ideal climate for spending time out on the fairways under the bright African sun, and golfers here are blessed for choice.


    If you enjoy the challenge of a coastal course, there is a stunning selection available; if you prefer playing at altitude, where the ball flies that much further, the selection is just as good.


    Probably the most famous golf course in South Africa is the Gary Player Country Club at Sun City, home to the Nedbank Golf Challenge, that offers the biggest first prize of any tournament in the world.


    However, there are many other world-class courses that have featured on both the European PGA Tour as well as the local Sunshine Tour, and a wealth of excellent courses besides.


    South Africa has produced a number of golfers of the highest calibre, including Gary Player, Bobby Locke, Ernie Els, Retief Goosen and Trevor Immelman - major winners all - and once you've experienced some of the courses we have to offer, you'll begin to understand why.


    Infinite Africa will assist you in creating your dream specialized golfing Safari or you can incorporate a few games with your hunting or photographic safari either at the beginning, end or during, as a break.


    Families and groups are always welcome.


    You can join us on a guided golfing safari or you can explore our golf courses as a self drive "expedition".


    Accommodation vary in accordance with your taste and requirements it can either be 5 star, family orientated or more down to earth, either way it will give you a true African feel and taste.

    The following details the conditions and limits the liabilities under which our tours will operate. Signature of the reservation form represents an acceptance by the customer and/or his/her agent of African Sports Safaris General Terms and Conditions.


  • Departures - Read more

    Tour Groups will only operate if there are a sufficient number of passengers. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone tours.


  • Tour Prices - Read more

    Prices include transportation and details as per stipulated itinerary of Tourplan, e.g. accommodation, specified entrance fees, specified meals, etc. All other expenses are for the private account of the tour participant.


    African Sports Safaris reserves the right to adjust Tour Prices in the event of significant increases for fuel and VAT. up to one month prior to commencement of the tour or pre-payment in full.


  • Deposit - Read more

    A deposit of a minimum of one third (331/3%) of the total tour price per person is payable on confirmation of booking.


  • Final Payment/Balance - Read more

    At least 30 days prior to departure or within 24 hours of confirmation should time not allow for 30 days.


    Less than 24 hours to departure: immediate payment is required. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation for which the total amount owed to us has not been paid by due date. Under such circumstances any deposits paid will be forfeited.


    Day Tours booked locally can be paid for on the day by the clients. For "no shows" we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation charge.


  • Late Bookings - Read more

    We reserve the right to charge a late booking fee of min. R250 per booking in respect of all reservations received less than 10 days prior to commencement of the tour in order to cover urgent communication expenses. This applies for bookings received from outside the Republic of South Africa only. This does not apply for our Day Tours.


  • Amendments - Read more

    We reserve the right to charge an amendment fee of min. R200 per booking for any changes to confirmed services. All costs in connection with amendments have to be fully charged.


  • Cancellation Charges for Overnight Tours - Read more

    More than 60 days prior to departure: Full refund (less administration charges)

    60 - 30 days prior to departure: 35% cancellation fee

    29 - 15 days prior to departure: 75% cancellation fee

    Less than 15 days prior to departure: 100% cancellation fee

    Where African Sports Safaris is acting as an agent - other cancellation charges may apply. These charges are subject to confirmation with us when making a booking.


  • Cancellation Charges for Day Tours - Read more

    50% cancellation fee between confirmation and tour date applies.


  • Unused Services - Read more

    No refund will be given for any partly or unused services/vouchers irrespective of whether they form part of an African Sports Safaris product or a product where African Sports Safaris is acting as an agent only.


  • Luggage - Read more

    Luggage is limited to two items of luggage and with a total weight of not more than 20 kg per person (economy) and 30 kg p.p. (bus. class travelers) - hand luggage included unless prior arrangements have been made with us. African Sports Safaris will not accept any responsibility in respect of loss or damage to luggage. Please ensure that you have sufficient baggage insurance cover.


  • Passports, Visas, Vaccinations and Inoculations - Read more

    The responsibility for the prevention of current and valid passports, visas, vaccinations and inoculations and the like, where required, is that of the customer alone and African Sports Safaris shall not be responsible or liable for any consequence of any nature arising from the customer failing to ensure that he/she has complied with all such requirements.


  • Insurance and Liability - Read more

    It is strongly recommended that you insure against possible cancellation, medical costs, loss of money and baggage, as African Sports Safaris cannot be held liable for the abovementioned.


    We reserve the right to make schedule changes with or without prior notice and/or variations in vehicles used for transportation as well as hotel accommodation and tour items should circumstances demand this: without liability to African Sports Safaris and their servants and agents.


    We will not be liable for any loss that may be incurred as a result of schedule changes or curtailment and suspension of services.


  • Responsibility - Read more

    All arrangements for transportation and conveyance as well as accommodation and tour packages made by African Sports Safaris as agents under the express condition that African Sports Safaris accepts no responsibility or liability in respect of either personal or property damage, injury, loss, delay or irregularity which may be the result of defects in any vehicle or through the acts and/or omissions of any company or person engaged in conveying the tour participants or carrying out arrangements on the tour.

    Full refunds will only be effected in extreme cases where medical reasons or extenuating circumstances occur. This after deduction of our expenses.
